§ 3-60. Time for review of application.

All applications shall be submitted to the airport manager. The airport manager will review and make a recommendation within ninety (90) days from the receipt of a fully completed application, but time is not of the essence. If an application is not complete, the airport manager will send a letter to the applicant delineating all deficiencies within thirty (30) days. The board of county commissioners, upon receipt of such an application, will act thereon as soon as practical.
