§ 3-59. County rights reserved.

The county, in reviewing an application, reserves the right to:

(1)

Independently verify an applicant's representations, financial condition, and business background.

(2)

Obtain a credit report on an applicant.

(3)

Require preliminary approval of any proposed financing.

(4)

Request additional information, data, and reports.

(5)

Decline to review an incomplete application.

(6)

Suspend or terminate review of an application at any time it does not have the full cooperation of an applicant, including, but not limited to, providing required or requested information, and attendance of the applicant at meetings of the board of county commissioners.
