§ 26-71. Water supply and distribution system.

A central water supply and distribution system shall be provided when required by the appropriate federal, state or county regulations. When a central water distribution system is required, the system shall be designed in accordance with federal, state, district and county standards. Where required in connection with any conditional or final plat, the public water systems shall be designed to provide fire flow and fire hydrants shall be placed in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards.
