§ 2. Same—Open season.

[(a) Established.] That from and after the passage of this act and upon its becoming a law the open season for the taking and catching of salt water fish from the salt waters of Hernando County, Florida, shall be as follows: From January 1st of each year to December 31st of each year, both dates inclusive. It shall also be lawful for any transportation company to accept salt water fish between the above dates for shipment from said Hernando County, Florida.

[(b) Repeal of conflicting laws.] All laws or parts of laws in conflict with the provisions of this act shall be and the same are hereby repealed.

[(c) Effective dates.] This act shall become effective immediately upon its becoming a law.
