§ 1. Salt water fishing—1927, chapter 12828.

[(a) Mullet; acceptable size.] The fish known as mullet may be caught or taken from the salt waters of Hernando County, Florida, measuring ten and one-half inches from tip of nose to fork of tail and the same may be accepted for shipment by common carriers.

[(b) Effective date.] This act shall take effect immediately upon its becoming a law.
