§ 2-104. Chief procurement officer.

(a)

Creation of office. There is hereby created the office of the chief procurement officer.

(b)

Appointment. Pursuant to a recommendation by the county administrator, the board shall designate a full-time employee of the county to serve as the chief procurement officer.
