§ 28-362. Stormwater discharges from industrial facilities.

Stormwater from areas of industrial activity shall be treated and managed on-site
using BMPs to protect water quality prior to discharge to the county's MS4, regulated
waters or waters of the state. All erosion, pollution, and sediment controls required
by any applicable local, state, or federal permit, including elements of a stormwater
pollution prevention plan required under a NPDES permit, shall be properly implemented,
installed, operated, and maintained. All stormwater discharges from industrial sites
shall be of a quality that will not adversely impact existing water quality or beneficial
uses of the receiving waters.
