§ 23-207. Standards for fueling facilities.

  • (a)

    Fueling storage and pumping facilities shall not be allowed on over-the-water structures.

    (b)

    Fueling facilities shall be constructed and operated in a manner to prevent spills and discharge of fuels in the riverine system and any required buffer.

    (c)

    New or expanding [facilities] meeting an eighty (80) percent DRI threshold, as identified in Florida Administrative Code rules, shall maintain spill containment equipment on site sufficient to prevent discharge. Such equipment shall be made available to county employees in the event of a spill.
