§ 23-53. Review of fee schedule.

The fire and EMS impact fee schedule contained in subsection 23-46(a) hereof shall be reviewed by the board of county commissioners at least once every five years as to those fees under its jurisdiction. The Brooksville City Council who oversee the City of Brooksville Fire District may review their fees and make recommendations for changes as needed.
