§ 22-15. Parking.

(a)

No person shall park a vehicle, watercraft or trailer any place on park property other than in the regular designated facilities provided for that particular type of vehicle or vehicle and trailer, unless directed otherwise by law enforcement officers or park employees.

(b)

No person shall park or station any vehicle in any zone designated and marked "no parking," or otherwise marked for restricted use.

(c)

No person shall double park any vehicle at any time on any road or park area, unless so directed by a law enforcement officer or an employee of Hernando County.

(d)

Any person parking in a pay designated parking space shall pay all parking fees required to cover the duration of time said vehicle is stopped, standing or parked in said space unless exempted under section 20-41 of this Code. The sharing or transferring of parking passes, tickets, or any other indicia of paid access to pay-designated parking spaces is strictly prohibited.
