§ 18-103. Sale, use, or consumption of alcoholic beverages prohibited.

(a)

The sale, use, or consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises of a sexually oriented business is prohibited.

(b)

Any violation of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor, and may be subject to any other remedy for enforcement, as provided by section 18-108 hereof.
