§ 18-108. Injunction; other enforcement.

A person who operates or causes to be operated a sexually oriented business without a valid business license issued hereunder or otherwise commits any act in violation of this article is subject to a suit for injunction as well as prosecution or other enforcement action for criminal or non-criminal violations, in a judicial, quasi-judicial or administrative forum, as applicable. Each day a person operates an unlicensed sexually oriented business or commits any act in violation of this article shall constitute a separate offense or violation. Nothing herein relating to remedies or penalties for violation of this article shall preclude enforcement of each and every provision of this article by any other lawful means, including but not limited to code enforcement or license revocation proceedings.
