§ 17-5. Penalty.

Any person violating any provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. In addition to such fine, such person shall pay the replacement cost of any book or other library article together with all accrued library fines thereon which sum shall be paid to a representative of the free public libraries of the county at the time such matter is disposed of by the county court.
