§ 3-36. Civil penalty.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this article. Penalties for violation of this article shall be as follows:

    (1)

    Violations of this article shall be punishable as described in chapter 2, article III of this Code, as amended from time to time. The county shall be authorized to enjoin violations of this article by appropriate action in a court of competent jurisdiction; and

    (2)

    Each violation shall be considered separate and violations which continue after notice of such violation shall be considered a separate violation for each day the violation continues thereafter.

    (3)

    Violators of this article shall be cited for a minimum fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the first violation. A second violation shall be cited for a fine of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) and a third violation with a fine of five hundred dollars ($500.00) and suspension of airport entry privileges.
