All special acts of the legislature and all local laws or parts thereof inconsistent
herewith are hereby declared to be inapplicable to the provisions of this article
and are hereby repealed and declared to be inapplicable, including, but not limited
to, chapters 59-134, 61-2229, 63-1341, 65-1623, and all other special acts of the
Laws of Florida pertaining to said aviation authority.
