§ 2-110. Repeal of laws in conflict.

(a)

All purchases of goods, supplies, materials, equipment, machinery, construction or services by the county, any county official, board, department head or employee made during the period of time from the repeal of Ordinance No. 82-3, until the effective date of this article, be and the same hereby are ratified, validated and confirmed.

(b)

All resolutions, ordinance and special acts of the legislature pertaining to the county, contrary to the provisions of this article, are hereby repealed.
