§ 28-381. Prohibition of illicit discharge.

Unless expressly exempted by section 28-348, no person shall discharge or cause to be discharged directly or indirectly into the county's MS4, regulated waters, or waters of the state any materials other than stormwater, including but not limited to pollutants or waters containing any pollutants that cause or contribute to a violation of applicable water quality standards.
