§ 28-347. NPDES permits.

Any person who holds a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit, which authorizes stormwater discharge to the county's MS4, shall provide a copy of such stormwater discharge permit to the county engineer no later than sixty (60) calendar days after the effective date of this article or sixty (60) calendar days after the issuance of said stormwater discharge permits.
