§ 28-220. Effective date.

Certified copies of Ord. No. 2003-06 shall be filed with the department of state by the Hernando County Clerk of the Court within ten (10) days after enactment by the board and, upon receipt of official acknowledgment from that office that the ordinance has been filed, become effective July 1, 2003.
