§ 27-35. Trust fund.

After the article becomes effective and prior to the receipt by the county of tax revenue obtained pursuant to this article, the county shall establish a county tourist development trust fund for receipt by the county of the tourist development tax proceeds collected by the county tax collector, as required by Florida Statute 125.0104 and provisions of this article.
