§ 26-97. Certificates of approval.

(a)

Generally. Each plat submitted to the board of county commissioners for approval for record shall contain the certificates of approval provided for in this section.

(b)

County attorney. The certificate of approval by the county attorney shall be in substantially the following form:

CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL
BY COUNTY ATTORNEY

This plat has been reviewed and approved as to form.
