§ 26-95. Clerk's certificate.

The clerk's certificate required by chapter 177, Florida Statutes, on each plat shall be in substantially the following form:
CLERK'S CERTIFICATE

I, ___________, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hernando County, Florida, hereby certify this plat, was filed for record on the _____ day of ________, 20___, File No. _____, and recorded in Plat Book _____, Page _____.
