§ 25.5-23. Temporary signs.

Temporary signs, and any flags, pennants and banners, portable signs, streamers, balloons, sandwich board signs and other similar devices that were lawfully existing under the terms of the ordinance in effect at the time of erection may remain for a period not to exceed six (6) months from the effective date of the ordinance changing their legal status, and no provision of the Hernando County Code of Ordinances relating to nonconforming uses shall have any application to such signs or devices.
