§ 24-427. Amendment of boundaries; intent.

(a)

It is the intent of the Hernando County Board of County Commissioners to amend the boundaries of the Holland Spring Multipurpose Municipal Services Benefit Unit so as to clarify that land included in the Pristine Place Phase 6 Municipal Services Benefit Unit, as created by Ordinance No. 2006-20, will not be assessed twice for street lighting or other municipal services.

(b)

The boundaries of the Holland Spring Multipurpose Municipal Service Benefit Unit as created by Hernando County Ordinance No. 91-37 are hereby amended so as to exclude therefrom all land within the Pristine Place Phase 6 Municipal Services Benefit Unit, as created by Ordinance No. 2006-20, which excluded land is legally described in Exhibit A, attached to [Ordinance No. 2007-03] and incorporated herein.
