§ 24-28. Recordation of resolutions and rolls to constitute notice to owners and successors in title.

Latest version.

All resolutions and assessment rolls adopted pursuant to division shall be recorded in the public records of the county and shall constitute notice to the owners of any affected property, and their successors in title, of the pendency of a special assessment lien upon the affected property.
