§ 23-266. Alternative demand calculations.

If the applicant claims the standards provided in the demand calculations are not applicable to the proposed project, the applicant shall submit appropriate documentation, based upon professionally accepted methodology and practices, supporting the proposed alternative demand calculation to the county. Any alternative calculation standard for potable water, sewage treatment, drainage, solid waste disposal, parks and transportation shall be subject to review and approval by the county. Any alternative calculation standard for public schools shall be subject to review and approval by the school district.
