§ 23-152. Imposition of impact fee surcharge for schools, public capital facilities, parks and roads.

(a)

Schools . Any new or expanded residential development within the I-75/SR 50 PDD that would otherwise be subject to the educational facilities impact fee pursuant to division 2 of this article shall be subject to educational facilities impact fee surcharge unless exempted under this division.

(b)

Public capital facilities . Any new or expanded development within the I-75/SR 50 PDD that would otherwise be subject to the public capital facilities impact fee pursuant to division 3 of this article shall be subject to public capital facilities impact fee surcharge unless exempted under this division.

(c)

Parks . Any new or expanded residential development within the I-75/SR 50 PDD that would otherwise be subject to the parks impact fee pursuant to division 4 of this article shall be subject to parks impact fee surcharge unless exempted under this division.

(d)

Roads . Any new or expanded development within the expanded overlay district that would otherwise be subject to the roads impact fee pursuant to division 5 of this article shall be subject to roads impact fee surcharge unless exempted under this division.
