§ 23-141. Roads impact fee trust funds established.

(a)

There are hereby established four (4) roads impact fee trust funds, one for each roads impact fee district established by section 23-140 of this division, as shown in Attachment 1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

(b)

Funds withdrawn from these accounts must be used in accordance with the provisions of section 23-142 of this division.
