§ 23-123. Appeal.

Any decision made by the county administrator or his/her designee in the course of administering this division may be appealed to the board of county commissioners by filing a notice of appeal within ten (10) days after the decision. The county administrator shall schedule the appeal before the board of county commissioners within thirty (30) days after receiving the notice of appeal.
