§ 23-117. Parks impact fee trust funds established.

(a)

There are hereby established four (4) separate parks impact fee trust funds, one for each parks impact fee district established by section 23-116 of this division.

(b)

Funds withdrawn from these accounts must be used in accordance with section 23-118 of this division.
