§ 23-109. Short title, authority and applicability.

(a)

Short title. This division shall be known and may be cited as the "Hernando County Parks Impact Fee Ordinance."

(b)

Authority. The board of county commissioners of Hernando County has the authority to adopt this division pursuant to article VIII, section 1(f), of the Constitution of the State of Florida and sections 163.3201 and 163.3202(3) of the Florida Statutes.

(c)

Applicability. This division shall apply to the unincorporated areas of Hernando County and to the incorporated areas of Hernando County to the extent permitted by article VIII, section 1(f), of the Constitution of the State of Florida.
