§ 23-86. Short title, authority and applicability.

(a)

Short title. This division shall be known and may be cited as the "Public Capital Facilities Impact Fees Ordinance."

(b)

Authority. The board of county commissioners of Hernando County has the authority to adopt this division pursuant to article VIII of the Constitution of the State of Florida and to chapter 125 and section 163.3201, section 163.3202, and section 380.06(16) of the Florida Statutes.

(c)

Applicability. This division shall apply to the unincorporated area of Hernando County and to the incorporated areas of Hernando County to the extent permitted by article VIII, section 1(f), of the Constitution of the State of Florida.
