§ 23-64. Short title, authority and applicability.

(a)

Short title. This division shall be known and may be cited as the "Educational Facilities Impact Fee Ordinance."

(b)

Authority. The board of county commissioners of Hernando County has the authority to adopt this division pursuant to article VIII of the Constitution of the State of Florida, and chapters 125, 163 and 1013 of the Florida Statutes, as these laws may be amended or renumbered from time to time.

(c)

Applicability. This division shall apply to the unincorporated area of Hernando County and to the incorporated areas of Hernando County.
