§ 18-163. Applicability and exemptions.

This article shall be applicable in both the unincorporated and incorporated areas of Hernando County, except to the extent that a municipality has adopted or adopts its own ordinance in conflict with this ordinance [article]. To the extent that this ordinance [article] is applicable within a municipality, the county and the municipality shall have concurrent authority and jurisdiction to apply and enforce the ordinance [article] within the entirety of their jurisdictional boundaries.
