§ 18-155. Inspection of premises.

Law enforcement officers shall have the power to inspect in a lawful manner at all reasonable business hours any premises which are subject to this article for the purpose of determining whether the provisions of this article are being violated or to secure such other evidence as may be necessary for prosecution under this article.
