§ 18-126. Permits.

Upon approval of the application, a fireworks permit will be issued by the zoning department.

Upon the issuance of a permit, the sale, possession, use and distribution of the fireworks shall be lawful only for the purposes, and the time under the conditions set forth in the application approval. Such permit issued for the application sought pursuant to the provisions of this article is nontransferable. The fireworks permit must be available for review at all times during the event or temporary seasonal sales. The permittee shall comply with all applicable provisions of the National Fire Protection Association Standards. A violation of this section shall be deemed a violation of this article.
