§ 17-21. Fund.

(a)

Created. There is hereby created within the county a law library fund, which fund shall be used for the providing and maintaining of a law library within the county courthouse or any annex thereof.

(b)

Custodian. The clerk of the circuit court shall be the custodian of the law library fund herein created and shall be responsible for the providing, maintaining and operating of the law library herein authorized.
