§ 13-87. Accessory structures in special flood hazard areas.

Accessory structures that are not elevated or not dry floodproofed are permitted in flood hazard areas subject to the following conditions:
(1)

The structure shall be at or below one hundred (100) square feet.

(2)

Electrical and mechanical equipment shall meet the minimum requirements of the current Florida Building Code.

(3)

The structure shall be limited to storage and parking only.
