§ 13-85. Roads and watercourse crossings in regulated floodways.

Roads and watercourse crossings, including roads, bridges, culverts, low-water crossings and similar means for vehicles or pedestrians to travel from one (1) side of a watercourse to the other side, that encroach into regulated floodways shall meet the limitations of section 13-64 of this chapter. Alteration of a watercourse that is part of a road or watercourse crossing shall meet the requirements of subsection 13-33(3) of this chapter.
