§ 11-3. Retention of interest accrued on fines and fees by clerk of circuit court.

Latest version.

Pursuant to chapter 219, Florida Statutes, the clerk of circuit court shall retain that interest accrued on collected fines and fees while those funds are under the control of the clerk, prior to their distribution. Such accrual interest will be placed in the clerk's operating fund.
