§ 10.5-93. Financial and operations reports.

The enterprise zone development agency shall file with the governing body and the Auditor General of Florida, on or before March 31 of each year, a report of its activities for the preceding fiscal year. This report shall include a complete financial statement setting forth its assets, liabilities, income, and operating expenses as of the end of such fiscal year. At the time of filing the report, the EZDA shall publish in a newspaper of general circulation in the community a notice to the effect that such report has been filed and is available for inspection during business hours in the office of the clerk.

Also, prior to December 1st of each year, the EZDA shall submit to the Florida Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development, (OTTED) a complete and detailed written report setting forth:

(1)

Its operations and accomplishments during the fiscal year.

(2)

The accomplishments and progress concerning implementation of the enterprise zone strategic revitalization plan.

(3)

The number and types of businesses assisted by the EZDA during the fiscal year.

(4)

The number of jobs created within the enterprise zone during the fiscal year.

(5)

The use and revenue impact of state and local incentives granted during the calendar year.

(6)

Any other information required by the office.
