§ 10.5-62. District established.

Pursuant to Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, the Sterling Hill Community Development District ("district") is hereby created.

Editor's note

Ord. No. 2006-05, § 2, adopted April 18, 2006, amended the Sterling Hill Community Development District boundaries so as to include the parcel described on the attached "Exhibit A" as the "CDD Expansion Area", which parcel is legally described on the attached "Exhibit B" as "The South ½ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 16, Township 23 South, Range 18 East, LESS the West ½ of the Southwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of said section, all being in Hernando County, Florida."
