§ 1. Violations.

A.

Use/performance violations: Any person owning, occupying and/or using any building or structure that is erected, constructed, reconstructed, altered, repaired or maintained, or any building, structure, land or water used in violation of the county's land development regulations, or this zoning ordinance as a component thereof, or in violation of any stipulation or performance condition attached to any permit, variance, conditional use, special exception use, zoning amendment or other land use approval. shall be subject to the remedies and/or penalties as provided for in this article.

B.

Transferring of land violations: Any person who transfers land in violation of the county's subdivision regulations contained in Chapter 26 of the Hernando County Code of Ordinances shall also be subject to the remedies and/or penalties as provided for in this article.
